Where Can I Get A Free Online Morgage Quote Without The Hassle Of People Going To Call And Hassle Me After?
Don’t go online.
The reason why many lenders have those sites is to either (1) give you bogus rates, and/or (2) capture your info and sell it or share it with 4 or 5 other lenders and list companies.
Locate a mortgage broker in your area or get a referral from a friend or family. You’re not getting any special deals or lower rates when you shop mortgages online. Online mortgage shopping is a farce. Getting a “quote” is often that – just a quote. The rate may never materialize at the cost provided.
Good luck.

I don’t know why you would want to go on the internet and possible talk to some one located in India or another foreign country to take your application and give you a guess as to what you might be approved for. Most of these online mortgage brokers out source their inbound calls to of shore agencies.
Then the very thing you are attempting to avoid happen, You call one number that outsource the calls to several brokers that pay for the call. So you are not gonna avoid what you are attempting to do if you select an online mortgage banker as some are not even mortgage brokers they simply take the call. Once you have agreed to give up a little information you are then passed to a broker that has paid for your number.
If this mortgage broker can not please you, then the next day your telephone number and possible name is sold to another mortgage broker for a little less than the first day broker. You could stay in the system for 10-20 days or more.
The best possible thing for you to do is contact a local mortgage broker that understand the local markets to get you a pre-approval if you are serious about purchasing a house. If you are not yet ready this purchase a property then you might ask to get pre-qualified.
Before you make contact with a local mortgage consultant you would need to provide them with evidence of employment, bank statements a couple of w-2 and federal income taxes. There are other things needed but the loan consultant will let you know what else is necessary. They will then obtain a credit report to evaluate your qualifications to purchase a home.
This way only one person will know your name and telephone number but will be able to better serve you in the event you are really serious or become serious once you have applied.
I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck.

Try using the calculator on this website along with all the information therein. If you think you can afford a home, then contact a loan officer of your choice. They will tell you exactly what your buying power is that is, how much you can afford. Your next step will be to contact a Realtor in your area to show you the homes in your price range.

Good luck finding something accurate online. Online offers or quotes are designed to entice you so you’ll get interested. Your best bet is to call a Mortgage Loan Officer and get a quote. The calls and hassle afterward are from the credit bureaus selling the fact that you are shopping for a mortgage. So don’t have them pull your credit and you won’t get hassled. You do need to know your score though so you can supply it to them. Eventually if you are interested in the quote and you begin the application you will have to have your credit pulled so inevitably it will get done and you will called after wards probably with solicitors.
